The German Luge Championships 2003 took place on January 11, 2003 on the Winterberg Hochsauerland bobsleigh run in Winterberg . The titles went to Sylke Otto in the women's singles, Georg Hackl in the men's singles and Patric Leitner / Alexander Resch in the doubles.

German champion was Sylke Otto , who was able to refer last year's winner Silke Kraushaar to silver. Barbara Niedernhuber secured bronze. Sonja Wiedemann was fourth, Anke Wischnewski fifth, Gabriele Bender followed in 6. Sabine Kurth and Tatjana Hüfner followed in the other places.

As in previous years, the German men's champion was Georg Hackl , who referred David Möller and Jan Eichhorn to the other podium places. Karsten Albert was fourth, Denis Geppert fifth. The local heroes Frank Soccal and Nico Oetzel finished sixth and seventh respectively on their Winterberg home track, while Denis Bertz from Oberwiesenthal was 8th.

The local heroes Steffen Skel and Steffen Wöller came fourth on their home track in the Hochsauerland, Marcel Lorenz and Christian Baude followed in fifth place. Franz König and Christian Kontny , Stefan Lorenz and Michael Schneider as well as Sandro Stielicke and André Lotze completed the ranks sixth .
