Dobrinj [ dɔbɾɪɲ ] (dt. Dobrauen , it. Dobrigno ) is a municipality in the northeast of the island of Krk , Croatia , which consists of the localities Čižići, Dobrinj, Dolovo, Gabonjin, Gostinjac, Donja and Gornja Hlapa, Klanice, Klimno, Kras, Meline , Polje, Rasopasno, Rudine, Soline, Sužan, Sveti Ivan Dobrinjski, Sveti Vid Dobrinjski , Šilo , Tribulje, Žestilac, and Županje.

The name Dobrinj (derived from the Croatian word dobro , dt. Good ) was mentioned for the first time in the year 1100, in the so-called "document of the 'great' Dragoslav" (Listina slavnog Dragoslava), and at that time it referred to the castle that is today The core of the place of the same name .
Attractions
