The 1992/93 season was the fifth regular season of the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL). The 15 teams completed 64 games each in the regular season . The team with the highest points in the regular season were the Wheeling Thunderbirds , while the Toledo Storm won their first Riley Cup in the play-offs .
