Edward "Eddie" Theodore McClintock (born May 27, 1967 in North Canton , Ohio ) is an American actor who gained fame primarily through his appearances in numerous internationally known television series. Eddie McClintock was born in 1967 in the city of North Canton in the US state of Ohio , where he also grew up.
