The Egyptian Premier League 1956/57 was the 7th season of the Egyptian Premier League , the highest Egyptian championship in football . Champion was al Ahly Cairo for the seventh time in a row , there was no relegation. New to the league were Tanta FC , Al-Sekka Al-Hadid and Ghazl El Mahallah SC .
