The Egyptian Premier League 1957/58 was the 8th season of the Egyptian Premier League , the highest Egyptian championship in football . Master became al Ahly Cairo for the eighth time in a row ; al-Masry , al-Ittihad Al-Sakndary , El Mansoura SC , Ismaily SC , Suez El-Riyadi and Maleyat Kafr El-Zayat got down. New to the league were Maleyat Kafr El-Zayat and Ittihad Suez .
