Extraliga (Czech Republic, chess) 2010/11
The 2010/11 Extraliga was the 19th season of the Czech Extraliga in chess .
Participating teams
For the Extraliga, 1. Novoborský ŠK , ŠK Mahrla Prague , ŠK Sagina , ŠK Zlín , BŠS Frýdek-Místek , TJ Slávie Turnov , 2222 ŠK Polabiny , ŠK Geofin Ostrava , TJ TŽ Třinec and A64 Valoz Grygov were the first ten of the season Qualified in 2009/10 , Výstaviště Lysá nad Labem were promoted as the winner of the 1st league západ 2009/10 and TJ Tatran Litovel as the winner of the 1st league východ 2009/10.

mode
The twelve teams played a simple round-robin tournament , first of all the team points (3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a defeat) decided the placements, then the board points (1 point for a win, 0.5 points for a draw, 0 points for a loss).
Game dates
The competitions took place on November 6th and 7th, December 4th and 5th 2010, January 9th, 22nd and 23rd, March 5th and 6th and April 16th and 17th 2011.
Season course
The defending champion 1. Novoborský ŠK was in a class of his own and had already secured the title before the last round. TJ TŽ Třinec was already relegated before the last round, while the decision about the second relegated was only made in the last round against ŠK Mahrla Prague .
