Ezra A. Burrell

Ezra A. Burrell (born November 3, 1867 in Carmi , Illinois , † after 1916) was an American politician . Between 1907 and 1909 he was lieutenant governor of the state of Idaho .

Career

Nothing is known about Ezra Burrell's youth and schooling. There is also no information in the sources about his career outside of politics. Born in Illinois in 1867, he moved to Idaho at an unknown date, where he pursued a political career as a member of the Republican Party . There he lived in Montpelier . In 1906 he was elected Lieutenant Governor of Idaho at the side of Frank Gooding . He held this office between January 7, 1907 and January 4, 1909. He was Deputy Governor and Chairman of the State Senate .

In 1916, Burrell was a substitute delegate to the Republican National Convention . Since 1902 he was married to Edith F. Speck. The couple had a daughter born in 1904. After 1916 his track is lost. He died at an unknown time in an unknown place. He was buried in Blackfoot .
