Finix Comics
Finix Comics is a German comics publisher that was founded in October 2007 and is based in Wiesbaden in Hesse .
Publishing work
Finix Comics aims to continue or end series of comic albums whose German publication was prematurely interrupted. Most of these series come from France, Belgium or the Netherlands , but other countries are also represented. The financing of the album production is to be provided by the members and investors of the registered association Finix Comics e. V. take place.
With the exception of the actual printing and delivery to specialist retailers in the entire German-speaking region, the members themselves cover all production-related tasks, such as license negotiations, translation, lettering and layout and the creation and maintenance of the website. The publications appear under the Finix Comics label with at least twelve albums per year.
Since December 2009, under the imprint Edition Solitaire , individual albums have also been published with (usually completed) stories that have not yet been published in German. In June 2012, Finix Comics launched its first own new series, Hauteville House .
