Free Drama Ensemble Frankfurt
The Freie Schauspiel Ensemble Frankfurt was founded in 1984 in Frankfurt am Main . After moving out of Philanthropin (Frankfurt am Main) in 2004, and a five-year stint in the communication factory, it has had its permanent venue in Titania in Frankfurt-Bockenheim since 2011 .
The ensemble is a loose association of independent theater professionals who come together in ever new constellations to realize their projects. The theater is managed by Reinhard Hinzpeter and Bettina Kaminski. The Freie Schauspiel Ensemble Frankfurt has been invited to numerous festivals in Germany and abroad. Since its multilingual EU project Nachtasyl - Treffpunkt der Träume (2006), the ensemble has been a sought-after partner for international cooperation.
