The Gardiner list , actually Gardiner sign list (English: Gardiner's Sign-list ) is a categorization of the most common medium Egyptian hieroglyphics in 26 sub-groups, the British Egyptologist Sir Alan Gardiner in his 1927 published grammar of the Egyptian language has made.
