history
Girjet was founded on February 28, 2003 and began flight operations on July 31, 2003. At the end of April 2007 one of two Boeing 747-200 Fs was taken over by Martinair to take up cargo flights. From Saragossa freight was transported to South Africa and the USA . In mid-March 2008, GirJet's flight operations license (AOC) was revoked.
