Gordon Johnson (born August 1, 1946 in Essendon , Melbourne ) is a former Australian cyclist and world champion.

Gordon Johnson won together with Ron Jonker at the British Commonwealth Games 1970 in the tandem race . Also in 1970 he was world champion in the sprint at the championships in Leicester . In 1972, at the World Championships in Marseille , he was runner-up in the same discipline and in 1971 British sprint champion. Johnson was also successful in road races several times, such as the 1970 Grand Prix Milano .

Gordon Johnson's father Tasman (born 1916) was also a cyclist. In 1936 he took part in the street race of the Olympic Games at the AVUS in Berlin and finished in 16th place.
