Helmut Alimonta

Helmut Alimonta (born December 4, 1915 in Munich ; † April 20, 2004 there ) was a German actor and was best known as a Bavarian folk actor .

biography

Helmut Alimonta grew up in Munich as the son of a businessman. After completing a commercial apprenticeship, he completed further training at the Academy for Graphics. He then began to take acting lessons from the state actors Konrad Dreher and Friedrich Ulmer , which he successfully completed in 1943. After the Second World War , Alimonta headed the isar-bühne he founded in Munich from 1948 to 1950 . He then played at various Upper Bavarian folk theaters, at the Münchner Kammerspiele , the Bavarian State Theater and the Munich Volkstheater . Tours took him to Austria and Switzerland.

Helmut Alimonta could be seen on stage in The Marquis of Keith by Frank Wedekind , in the Nestroy pieces Till Eulenspiegel and Der Zerrissene , also in Woyzeck by Georg Büchner or in Ibsen's Ein Volksfeind .

Since 1958 Helmut Alimonta stood next to film and television cameras, but his work there was often limited to supporting roles. In the 1960s he was seen in various episodes of the crime series Isar 12 and Kommissar Freytag , from the 1970s he played in three Tatort episodes and in two episodes of the ARD early evening series Police Inspection 1 , but also in some shallow sex films. One of his last roles was that of Mr. Karger , whom he played in 33 episodes of the ZDF series Forsthaus Falkenau between 1989 and 1997 .

Helmut Alimonta also worked in radio play productions, for example B. 1984 in Lion Feuchtwanger's success or in Der Münchner im Himmel based on the story by Ludwig Thoma .
