Holleuffer (noble family)
Holleuffer even Holle banks or Holläufer , finally Holleuffer-Kypke , is the name of an original Saxon , and later in Thuringia , Anhalt , Hanover and Prussia popular Uradelsgeschlechts .
Holleuffer is also the name of a 1839 ennobled Prussian letter noble family , derived as a bastard line from the former.
history
With Ripert, Vogt von Freiberg , the family was first mentioned in a document in 1223. The Hohenlauft headquarters , which gave the name, was first mentioned in a document on May 13, 1293 with Pezoldus dictus Holeufer (Holofer) ; Petzold Holopher also appears in a document in 1302 . The continuous line of the family begins with Heinrich Hollaufer (vom Hollauffte, † after 1414). The family was extensively wealthy in Meissen . Numerous members have served as officers in the Saxon Army and the Prussian Army .
The possessions included: Zschepa (around 1540), Braußwig (around 1550), Cottewitz (around 1550), Mühlitz (around 1565), Bresen, Burkartshain (16th - 18th centuries) with Streuben and Mühlbach (from 1565), Lüttewitz (mid 17th to early 18th century), Zollwitz near Colditz (late 16th, early 17th century), Eula (around 1630), Hersdorff (1620), Strelln (early 18th century), Obernitzschka (inherited in 1754 by Johanna von Holleufer nee Krosigk adH Poplitz, daughter of Heinrich von Krosigk and wife of Karl Friedrich v. Holleuffer on Burkartshain) and Storkwitz . Her son was Heinrich August von Holleuffer (1762-1844) on Obernitzschka, Deutzen , and Kühnitzsch ; He acquired the Benkendorf and Delitz am Berge estates in 1799 and sold them in 1809; he was also unable to hold the other estates. His son Karl Friedrich von Holleuffer (1804–1895) became a Prussian lieutenant general.
On May 12, 1907, it came to the Kypke family or von Radke-Kypke family through his granddaughter, who had married into the von Berlepsch family , as a result of the inheritance of the family entourage from Count Johann Christian von Hennicke - Ritterguts Wiederau near Leipzig was, to the royal Saxon naming association Holleuffer-Kypke.
Friedrich von Holleuffer (1807–1863), Prussian lieutenant in the cuirassier regiment No. 7 and Franz von Holleuffer (1815–1888), Prussian lieutenant in the 4th Artillery Brigade, natural sons of the Saxon prime lieutenant Friedrich von Holleuffer (1761–1828) , were raised to the Prussian nobility on September 18, 1839 in Berlin. The former continued the ancestral line while the younger brother had no offspring.
With the Daudieck estate near Horneburg in the Stade district , which came to the family around 1800, a Fideikommiss over 204 ha was established in 1863 .
