Horst Lebinsky

Horst Lebinsky (* 1936 in Fürstenwalde ) is a German actor .

Life

Born in Fürstenwalde, Horst Lebinsky trained as a steelworker in Brandenburg at Manfred Krug's side . He attended the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin . In 1968 he came to the Deutsches Theater Berlin - first as an assistant director, then as a member of the ensemble. For a short time in 1985 he worked as director of the Kleist Theater in Frankfurt / Oder .

Directed by Frank Castorf , he played the title role in Ibsen's John Gabriel Borkmann , as well as in Hauptmann's Der Biberpelz , directed by Thomas Langhoff , and in Maurice Maeterlinck's The Blue Bird , directed by Thomas Ostermeier . He later worked with directors such as Stephan Kimmig , Nicolas Stemann , Michael Thalheimer and Barbara Frey . Horst Lebinski played in a number of cinema and television films, such as B. Till Eulenspiegel (1975), Banquet for Achilles (1975), Jadup and Boel (1980/1988) and Sonnenallee (1999).

The director Joachim Staritz was a particular sponsor of Lebinsky's performance in the radio play . But Werner Buhss and Wolfgang Rindfleisch also appreciate Lebinsky as unmistakable comedians in their radio productions.

Horst Lebinsky lives in Berlin-Mitte. His daughter Anne Lebinsky has also become an actress.
