NGC 7056 = IC 1382 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBbc in the constellation Pegasus on the ecliptic . It is an estimated 249 million light years from the Milky Way .
The object was discovered by Albert Marth on September 17, 1863 .
