IC 1568 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type S0 in the constellation Pisces on the ecliptic . It is an estimated 541 million light years away from the Milky Way and about 130,000 light years in diameter.

The object was discovered by Stéphane Javelle on November 24, 1897 .
