IC 1584 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type SB? in the constellation Andromeda in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 219 million light-years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 100,000 ly.

The Type Ib Supernova SN 2011fl was observed here.
