IC 1592 is a galaxy of Hubble type S? in the constellation Pisces on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 220 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 65,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky there is u. a. the galaxy IC 1598 .
The object was discovered on January 15, 1895 by Herbert Alonzo Howe .
