IC 1711 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sb in the constellation Pisces on the ecliptic . It is an estimated 130 million light years from the Milky Way and has a disk diameter of about 100,000 light years.
The object was discovered on November 24, 1897 by the French astronomer Stéphane Javelle .
