In Salah ( Arabic ولاية عين صالح, DMG Wilāyat ʿAin Ṣāliḥ ) is a province ( wilaya ) in central Algeria . The provincial capital is the oasis city In Salah .

The new province created in December 2019 was previously part of Tamanrasset Province . It lies in the Sahara and borders on six provinces: El Meniaa and Ouargla in the north, Illizi in the east, Tamanrasset in the south, Adrar in the west and Timimoun in the north-west.

With 50,392 inhabitants (as of 2008) on 131,220 km², it is only sparsely populated, the population density is around 0.38 inhabitants per square kilometer.
