The Interstate H-2 (short- H-2 ) is an interstate highway , which in the state of Hawaii in the United States runs. It is also called the Veterans Memorial Freeway . The number shows that it is north-south and the letter H is for Hawaii. It begins in Pearl City on Interstate H-1 and ends on Wilikina Drive in Wahiawā near the Schofield Barracks and Wheeler Army Airfield .

Interstate H-2 begins at an intersection at Waiawa with Interstate H-1 . It then runs north with four lanes in each direction and passes the places Waipiʻo and Mililani. From this point the road narrows for the last three miles to Wahiawā.
