The Interstate 59 (abbreviated I-59 ) is an interstate highway in the United States . It begins at an intersection with Interstate 10 and Interstate 12 at Slidell , a suburb of New Orleans, and ends at Wildwood on Interstate 24 . I-59 and I-20 use the same route between Meridian and Birmingham .
