Ivan Tennant Memorial Award

The Ivan Tennant Memorial Award is an award from the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). It has been awarded annually since 2005 to the player who achieves the best academic performance in a high school . For this purpose, the average of the best six courses is calculated. It is named after Ivan Tennant , who served as an educational advisor to the Kitchener Rangers and the Ontario Hockey League for many years .

The award is comparable to the Roger Neilson Memorial Award and the Bobby Smith Trophy , the latter not only rewarding school success, but also playing success.
