The Gunzenhausen Hunting Lodge is a castle in Gunzenhausen , a town in the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district in Central Franconia . The building is registered under the monument number D-5-77-136-29 as an architectural monument in the Bavarian monument list. The postal address is Dr.-Martin-Luther-Platz 4 .

The palace is located on the edge of the old town not far from the blow tower at a height of 420 meters above  sea ​​level . The two-storey hipped roof building has corner pilasters and a plaster structure and was acquired in 1749 by Karl Wilhelm Friedrich von Brandenburg-Ansbach . In 1810 the resource company (later casino company) bought the building. In municipal ownership since 1974, from 1982 to 1984 it was converted into a guest house with a modern single-storey extension. The palace park with its old trees dates from the time it was built.
