1958 Junior South American Football Championship

The II. Junior South American Football Championship 1958 took place from March 13, 1958 to April 2, 1958 in Chile .

The matches to determine the tournament winner of the event, also known as Juventud de América , were held in the cities of Santiago and Valparaíso . The national teams of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela took part in the tournament.

The game was played in group mode in a single group. Uruguay emerged victorious from the event . Places two to four went to the national teams from Argentina , Brazil and Peru .

The top scorer of the tournament was Argentinian Norberto Raffo with five goals.
