Junior South American Football Championship 1975
The VII. Junior South American Football Championship 1975 took place from August 9, 1975 to August 26, 1975 in Peru .
The matches to determine the tournament winner of the event, also known as Juventud de América , were held in Lima . The national teams of Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Peru and Uruguay took part in the tournament.
The game was played in group mode in a group comprising all participants, as well as a subsequent final between the first and second placed Uruguayan and Chilean teams, both of which had the same number of points after the group phase. Uruguay emerged victorious from the event, winning the final 3-1 on penalties. Places two to four went to the national teams from Chile , Argentina and Peru .
The tournament's top scorer was Hebert Revetria from Uruguay and Toninho from Brazil with four goals each.

The coach of the "Celeste" was Walter Brienza .
