The District of Saint-Flour-Sud was 2015 a French canton in the department of Cantal and in the former region Auvergne . It comprised eleven communities in the arrondissement of Saint-Flour and part of its main town (French: chef-lieu ) Saint-Flour . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015. Gérard Salat was the last representative in the conseil général des Départements from 2008 to 2015.
