The Kategoria e Pare 2001/02 was the 54th season of the second highest Albanian football league and the fourth season under that name. It began on September 22, 2001 and ended on May 19, 2002.

Due to the high number of rated games (15) in group A, the FSHF decided to determine the group winner from the first six teams in two groups of three and subsequent finals.
