Kawasaki LTD (soft chopper variants)
Kawasaki LTD denotes the chopper variant of various series of the motorcycle manufacturer Kawasaki with engines from 443 to 1089 cm³ displacement, which were offered from 1975 to 1989. Motorcycle designer Wayne LaVar Moulton was responsible for the appearance of the LTD models ; the first LTD was the KZ 900 LTD .
history
In the 1970s, Kawasaki brought out a LTD variant of various motorcycles. It was always a chopper . In Japan, due to special local regulations, the LTD variant was added to the attractive class up to 400 cubic centimeters . The most widespread machine of the LTD type in Germany was the Kawasaki Z 440 LTD, as it fell into the inexpensive 27 HP insurance class.
