Kristin Clemet
Kristin Clemet (born April 20, 1957 in Harstad ) is a Norwegian conservative politician and economist. Kristin Clemet studied at the Norwegian Business School .
On November 2, 1989, she became a minister in the Syse cabinet , responsible for two departments in different ministries: work in the municipal and labor ministries and administration in the consumer and administration ministries. On January 1, 1990, these areas were brought together under her leadership in the newly created Ministry of Labor and Administration. From 1989 to 1993 she was a member of the Storting National Parliament for the Oslo constituency . In the Bondevik II government from 2001 to 2005, she was Minister of Education and Research.
Clemet lives with the lawyer and politician Michael Tetzschner and has two children with him.
