Kyrnassiwka ( Ukrainian Кирнасівка ; Russian Кирнасовка Kirnassowka ) is an urban-type settlement in the Ukrainian Vinnytsia Oblast with about 5200 inhabitants (2014).

The village, first mentioned at the beginning of the 18th century, is the administrative center of the 6.58 km² settlement council of the same name, to which the settlement of Markowe ( Маркове ⊙ ) with about 70 inhabitants belongs. Kyrnassivka has had urban-type settlement status since 1971.

Kyrnassivka is located in Tultschyn Rajon on the bank of the Kozerycha River ( Козериха ) on the T-02-22 territorial road 14 km southeast of the Tultschyn Rajon center and 95 km southeast of the Vinnytsia oblast center .
