LEDA / PGC 1541265 (also NGC 6043B ) is a lens-shaped galaxy of the Hubble-type S0 in the constellation Hercules in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 419 million light years from the Milky Way and around 35,000 light years in diameter. It belongs to the Hercules supercluster and, together with NGC 6043, forms a gravitationally bound galaxy pair.

In the same area of ​​the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 6045 , NGC 6047 , IC 1172 , IC 1179 .

The object was discovered by Lewis A. Swift on June 27, 1886 .
