The provincial government Platter III has been the Tyrolean provincial government under Governor Günther Platter in the XVII since March 28, 2018 . Legislative period
history
After the state elections in Tyrol on February 25, 2018, in which the ÖVP had won one mandate and thus got 17 of the 36 mandates and the Greens lost one and got four mandates, exploratory and coalition talks took place on March 20 2018 to an agreement of the two parties on a coalition pact and thus to a continuation of their previous cooperation. The government has a majority of 21 of the total of 36 mandates.
On March 21, 2018, the regional executive committee of the Tyrolean People's Party unanimously approved the government program developed with the Greens. There were no personnel changes at the ÖVP compared to the Platter II state government . Governor Günther Platter , Deputy Governor Josef Geisler and the Provincial Councilors Beate Palfrader , Johannes Tratter , Patrizia Zoller-Frischauf and Bernhard Tilg remained in office. As parliament president , the previous was Federal Councilor Sonja Ledl-Rossmann chosen as vice president was Anton Mattle confirmed in office.
The Greens Tyrol also voted on March 21, 2018 on renewed participation in the government. 106 of the 124 delegates supported cooperation with the ÖVP. Gabriele Fischer succeeded Christine Baur as state councilor for the Greens .
There were changes in the competencies of the Green Provincial Councilors, for example the environmental impact assessments for small hydropower plants are to move from Ingrid Felipe (Greens) to Josef Geisler (ÖVP). When it comes to nature conservation , too , one should only be responsible where no hydropower and snow-making systems are affected.
