The state electoral district of Vorpommern-Rügen II - Stralsund III (until 2015: Nordvorpommern II) is a state electoral district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania . It includes the city of Grimmen from the district of Vorpommern-Rügen, the city area south from the Hanseatic city of Stralsund , the municipality of Süderholz and the offices of Franzburg-Richtenberg and Miltzow . In terms of the number of eligible voters, the constituency of North Western Pomerania II is the smallest Landtag constituency in the state.
The constituency is a stronghold of the CDU, which has always been able to win the direct mandate since reunification .
