The first written mention of the Saltz charge took place in 1562 in Hamfescht Johann von Weitmühls about the establishment of the village Mníšek , in which he assigned pasture areas to the new settlers on the way from Mníšek to Saltz charge . In Hamfescht von Rottendorf from 1564, the settlers there were also allowed to graze until after loading . The name charge is probably derived from a transfer station on the Saxon salt road , which led from Halle to Saaz and crossed the mountains on various routes. One of them ran from Sayda via Grünthal, Brandau , Kleinhan , Laden and Göttersdorf to Görkau . In 1590, Nikolaus Hochhauser von Hochhausen auf Eisenberg founded a village that consisted of five settler families and was to be named Langendorf . However, the name Langendorf did not catch on. In 1651, Franz Wilhelm Popel von Lobkowicz enlarged his four years earlier from his father Wilhelm d. J. Popel von Lobkowitz inherited the rule of Neundorf-Seeberg through the purchase of several villages, including cargo. In the berní rula of 1654, eleven properties are identified for cargo, three of which were in desolation. In 1727 about 50 people lived in the village. In 1800 cargo consisted of 30 houses and had 134 inhabitants.

After the abolition of patrimonial , from 1850, charge formed a district of the Gebirgsneudorf municipality in the district authority of Brüx and had 183 inhabitants. Until the beginning of the 20th century, the street village continued to grow beyond the border of the Komotau district . The Hegerhaus as the northernmost house and the inn "Zum Grünen Wald" managed by the Kroh family as the southernmost property in Charge were already on the Neuhaus cadastre . In 1900 Cargo had a cadastral area of 557 ha, of which 526 ha were forest. This does not include the Hegerhaus Rothe Grube , which was connected to the cargo. Agriculture was only practiced to a limited extent, it was not very productive because of the mountainous location. In autumn 1941, for example, the oat and potato harvest could not be brought in due to the early snowfall. Most of the residents worked in the forest. At the beginning of the 20th century, Lade developed into a recreational area and two inns, the Green Forest and the Körnerbaude, were managed. A youth hostel was built on the Adelsberg. After the establishment of Czechoslovakia , the place name Ládunk , which was transferred into Czech, was used. Some of the residents of Charge made their living in the coal mines in the area from the 1920s until the Great Depression. After the Munich Agreement , the village was added to the German Reich in 1938 and until 1945 belonged to the district of Brüx as a district of Gebirgsneudorf . After the end of World War II, Ládunk came back to Czechoslovakia and the German residents were expelled . Tourism did not resume in the post-war period. From 1949 Ládunk belonged to the newly built Okres Litvínov. In 1950 the village was renamed Lesná . At the beginning of 1961, Lesná came back to Okres Most. At that time the village had no permanent residents. Most of the houses fell into disrepair and were demolished.

Today Lesná consists of four houses. One of them serves as a weather station. The former inn "Green Forest" was retained. After 1945 it served initially as a rest home for the Komořany and Ervěnice power plants , then the chemical works in Litvínov and the důl Maršal Koněv mine . In the 1980s, the Řevničov State Estate purchased the building as a training center. After privatization in 2000, it was renovated and now serves as the Horský hotel Lesná (Mountain Hotel Lesná).

Together with the Ore Mountains Open Air Museum Seiffen , the "Horský klub Lesná" started a project in 2009 to convey common historical values of folk architecture and lifestyle as well as folk art in the Ore Mountains - Seiffen / Lesná area, which will run until 2011.
