Marked 1885 (observation tower and hut); marked 1896 (grotto and water art) Left building with artistic wooden cladding, ornamental gable and surrounding framework, of importance in terms of building history, local history and technology history. Grotto complex with water feature is closely related to the history of the hut on Mönchswalder Berg. It was created in the course of the laying of the first aqueduct on the mountain (therefore a technical monument). The facility also characterizes the open space situation in the area of ​​the forecourt of the building, especially since remnants of a once more extensive design can still be seen in the area surrounding the actual pool. Plaque (in the upper area of ​​the grotto): "Waterworks of the Mönchswalder Berg / executed by engineer Max Göhler Dresden / Erected in 1896 / Dedicated to the mountain association by Otto Weigang / factory owner in Bautzen" (Weigang was made an honorary member of the Bautzner mountain association in 1894, which he had generously financed the extension for the interior of the hut, which was no longer sufficient at the time. Stately mansion with a mighty mansard hipped roof, 1741. Plaster structure, the wide central projecting on the ground floor with plaster grooves and arched portal. - Representative entrance hall with double staircase. Water house (two elevated tanks) built in 1929 to supply the town with drinking water. Containing three source areas on the Pichosüdhang and thus one of the first central supplies for all houses in the village. Since long-distance water supply, spring water is no longer used for public water supply and channeled into butter water. Both elevated tanks store 200 m³ of drinking water, this amount is enough for the place with normal consumption for a week. Elevated tanks are filled with drinking water from Steinigtwolmsdorf's catchment area using a pumping station at the entrance to the village. 09300725

Created in 1787 Former mill pond with natural stone wall edging on one side, two staircases with sandstone steps, ice rake and inlet with stone deck cover, of importance in terms of the history and appearance of the town. Pond created in 1787 as a mill pond and supplied the Tautewalder Mühle (today bakery - house number 30 - no monument) with an overshot mill wheel, fed by two larger sources of butter water. The ice rake is located on the north-western outflow, through which the water was directed to the mill wheel in wooden channels that rested on stone pillars made of granite. The gradient was 2 m. Today butter water still flows past the bakery into what is known as the bakery pond. (The mill stone table in front of the house refers to an earlier mill from 1787–1853.)
