↑ Residential house of the so-called "Kalichschen Gartennehrung" not far from the church, was the only property between the rectory and the manor until 1945, the manor park of the former manor with a manor wall borders the property to the northeast. First mention in court files from 1838, later auction of the property to Johann Harmapp, who had to undertake to allow "the ... manorial estate and its officers as well as the leaseholder and his people ... to use the church and field footpaths", the for a long time led from the manor house through the park and property number 7 to the church. For this purpose, a door was built into the manor wall, which has been preserved to this day.
Originally the property consisted of two gable buildings with thatched roofs and wooden gable cladding. One building is a house, another was a barn, which no longer existed in 1900. Two-storey house with a steep pitched roof (51 °) is a typical Central German stable house with cross-access and three-zone division of the ground floor. In the middle corridor area until 1899/1900 there was a black kitchen, to the left of it a living room and opposite a stable. A barrel-vaulted storage cellar is built into the western slope, next to it, probably until 1899, an oven as an extension of the kitchen. In the former living room (later the dining room), wooden beam ceiling with visible profiled beam bases and plastered fields. The northern inner wall to the hallway consists of log wall (15 cm thick horizontal planks, which lie on rubble stone plinths), plank wall grouted with clay, covered with clay on both sides and plastered with a trowel. Ground floor of the house, presumably a mixed construction at the transition from the block construction of the Wendish Lausitz to the half-timbered building of the 18th century.
Wooden half-timbered walls throughout the upper floor with plastered clay infills. Building in the 2nd construction phase (beginning of the 19th century) extended by 2.50 m to the north. Since it was acquired by Johann Harmapp in 1838 until around 1930. Max Harmapp, owner since 1892, had it converted into a pub "Restauration Max Harmapp" in 1899/1900. The previous living room became a dining room. The stable became the kitchen, in the southwest a hall extension in the historicist style. In the course of the renovation, the half-timbered structure on the upper floor was clad with vertical wooden planking, and the windows were decorated with wooden frames. In 1903/04 a new barn was built at right angles to the residential building (with pigsty and guest toilet on the ground floor, no monument!). Around 1930 Friedrich Forker from Pohla took over the restaurant, in 1931 a partition wall was added in the hall, in the southern part a bakery shop with a large shop window. From 1932–1968 the house was an “inn, bakery and material store”: the only structural change after 1945, an increase in the vaulted cellar on the western long side (guest room with shower). Last operator Max Bauer, owner from 1990 to 2009, from December 2009 property of the von dem Kuesebeck family.
