Formerly Hakenhof, consisting of a stable house and a barn at right angles. Once upon a time, the entire street was characterized by such courtyards, before 2014 only Allee 11 and Allee 18 were authentic, the structure of the property was preserved in its original state. Barn with two-storey structure, wooden boarded on the outside with a large wooden gate to the courtyard, various original windows (two-winged with bars), with threshing floor and rumen walls, also original room layout, largely authentic.
  • Demolished stable house: exterior appearance authentic except for disturbance on the ground floor (horizontal windows) and window design on the upper floor (single-glass panes without gaps on the street side), inside the entrance area, square stone slabs, floorboards in rooms
    • Basement: a barrel (quarry stone / granite), a flat ceiling (brick / quarry stone)
    • Stable house upper floor: wide floorboards, wooden beam ceilings, half-timbered walls, original room structure and floor plan
    • Top floor largely original without disturbances (trimmed wind struts?)

In summary, at an on-site meeting with the Lower Monument Protection Authority on September 27, 2007, it was found that the courtyard is intact in terms of structure and substance and that it is suitable for use as a monument and that it is worthy of being listed. Demolition permit from September 25, 2014.
