The list of cultural monuments in Großpostwitz contains the cultural monuments of the Saxon community Großpostwitz that were recorded by the State Office for Monument Preservation of Saxony until August 2017 (excluding archaeological cultural monuments). The notes are to be observed.

- This list is not suitable for deriving binding statements on the monument status of an object. As far as a legally binding determination of the listed property of an object is desired, the owner can apply to the responsible lower monument protection authority for a notice.
- The official list of cultural monuments is never closed. It is permanently changed through clarifications, new additions or deletions. A transfer of such changes to this list is not guaranteed at the moment.
- The monument quality of an object does not depend on its entry in this or the official list. Objects that are not listed can also be monuments.
- Basically, the property of a monument extends to the substance and appearance as a whole, including the interior. Deviating applies if only parts are expressly protected (e.g. the facade).

Evangelical Parish Church Großpostwitz. A hall church from 1893 that characterizes the townscape and is designed with neo-baroque shapes. New building based on plans by Theodor Quentin using parts of the previous building from 1726–28 (tower and longitudinal walls). Restoration 1977/78.
Plastered building with rubble stone base, arched windows and high pitched roof. Retracted choir surrounded by buttresses with a 3/8 end and various additions with a mansard roof. The west side is characterized by the high, transversely rectangular tower with side slopes, bell-shaped storey over a hip at the corners beveled, steep hipped roof with a narrow high turret. Central, open vestibule with arcature and curved pent roof, laterally polygonal porches with curved hood.
Spacious interior, dominated by the dark arched wooden ceiling, partly with floral painting, the single-storey gallery on three sides and the chairs are designed accordingly. Triumphal arch and railing with filigree flower motifs for the raised choir. Three stained glass windows, Adoration of the Shepherds and Kings, Ascension and Christ as Good Shepherd, the latter marked 1896.
Features: Elaborate, colored and gilded baroque altar made of wood, made in 1688 by the carpenter Joachim Stöckel and the painter Sigismund Heinrich Kauderbach. The predella with the image of the Last Supper, pedestals of the columns with cherubins. The main panel depicting the crucifixion and painted niche figures, Moses and Isaiah, between columns with rich composite capitals. In the lateral swellings with strong tendrils the depiction of the Entombment on the left, Christ on the Mount of Olives on the right. In the excerpt between similar columns paintings of the resurrection as well as painted niche figures, Spes and Fides. Two evangelists on each side and on the cornice. As a conclusion, depiction of the Pentecostal miracle. Richly decorated, colored wooden pulpit, around 1720, the octagonal basket with putti heads as well as golden leaf hangings and ornaments, parapet and cornice with lambrequins. Shell-shaped sound cover held by a floating angel. Colored wooden baptism with pear-shaped cup and elaborate lid, end of the 18th century. Slender, chalice-shaped granite baptism with various floral motifs, 17th century. Colored wooden lectern, originally made around 1688 as a pulpit, modified in 1760, the parapets with angels' heads and tendrils. Kreutzbach organ from 1857, the rather simple prospectus with gilded tendrils. In the tower hall the tomb for Michael Frentzel († 1706) and his wife Anna Maria Frentzel († 1715), two angels with a chalice and a Bible hold a cloth with an inscription divided in the middle, an hourglass and a skull in the lower corners. Tomb of Johann Böhmer senior († 1742), between two decorative cartouches with an inscription a tall palm tree with a crown carried by angels, below a cemetery with a chalice and skull from which palm trees grow, above clouds with palm trees and a triangle of rays surrounded by angels.
