This list includes the members of the assembly of estates of the Grand Duchy of Baden for the sessions of 1819 .

During this time, the 1st Baden State Parliament met from April 22 to July 28, 1819 in 31 sessions of the First Chamber and 42 sessions of the Second Chamber and was then postponed to the session of the year 1820 .

Kohlhammer, Stuttgart 2001, ISBN 3-17-016604-2 , p. 253 . , Ludwig Eberhard von Gemmingen-Guttenberg is said to have belonged to the First Chamber of the Baden Estates Assembly from 1819 to 1841, but was only present in person from 1819 to 1822. This information contradicts Ludwig Bauer and Bernhard Gißler, who in the handbook on the members of the First Chamber of the Baden Estates Assembly from 1819 - 1912 , p. 83, give different information. According to this, it was not Ludwig Eberhard von Gemmingen-Guttenberg, mentioned by Raberg, but his namesake, Baron Ludwig Eberhard von Gemmingen-Presteneck, who belonged to the First Chamber of Baden from 1819 to 1822. According to the information provided by Bauer and Gißler on p. 83, Baron Ludwig Eberhard von Gemmingen-Presteneck also died in 1841. The year of death would have been the same as that of Ludwig Eberhard von Gemmingen-Guttenberg. However, this does not correspond to the year of death 1831 of Ludwig Eberhard von Gemmingen mentioned here , who, as the Grand Duke of Baden Chamberlain at Presteneck, would rather correspond in name to the information given by Bauer and Gißler. It is possible that the Bauer and Gißler handbook was a misprint, so that 1841 was mistakenly given instead of the correct year of death 1831? Perhaps Bauer and Gißler confused the year of death 1831 with the year of death of their brother Friedrich Carl Gustav Casimir von Gemmingen (1770–1841)? Raberg may have made a consequential mistake and, because of the year of death given by Bauer and Gißler in 1841, assumed that the representative of the manorial nobility below the Murg in the First Badische Kammer in question was Ludwig Eberhard von Gemmingen-Guttenberg in the years 1819 to 1822 († 1841) and not the Ludwig Eberhard von Gemmingen-Presteneck (1771–1831) assumed here for this list?
