This list includes the members of the assembly of estates of the Grand Duchy of Baden for the sessions of 1839 and 1840 .

During this time, the 9th Baden State Parliament came from April 6, 1839 to July 20, 1839 and after the adjournment and reopening from March 9, 1840 to July 18, 1840 in a total of 47 sessions of the First Chamber and 135 sessions of the Second Chamber together. Thereafter, the state parliament closed until the opening of the 10th ordinary state parliament in 1841 .
