List of members of the Baden Estates Assembly from 1847 to 1849
This list includes the members of the assembly of estates of the Grand Duchy of Baden for the sessions of the 13th ordinary state parliament. From December 9, 1847 to May 14, 1849, 110 sessions of the First Chamber and 182 sessions of the Second Chamber took place. Due to the simultaneous meeting of the National Assembly in Frankfurt, there was an approximately five-month break in the meetings. Because of the events of the third uprising in Baden as part of the German Revolution , the 13th Landtag split up on May 14, 1849. On June 3, 1849, the men of Baden who were eligible to vote voted on the composition of a constituent state assembly in accordance with the election regulations of the German National Assembly . The activities of the Baden constitutional assembly from 1849 were limited to the short period from June 10th to June 30th, 1849. After the suppression of the uprising by the intervention army of the German princes led by Prussia, the 13th state parliament was formally closed on June 29th. November 1849 by the reinstated Grand Duke.

The 1st directory is on page 27, the 2nd directory on page 28 of the manual.

Braunschen Hofbuchdruckerei, Karlsruhe 1907 for the Pforzheim office in the session from 1847 to 1849 a member by the name of Bereck. In the alphabetical list of representatives on page 330 of the same work, however, there is no representative named Bereck, instead a Friedrich Becker, who again does not appear anywhere in the list of representatives by constituency. Therefore, with regard to the assumed identity of Bereck versus Friedrich Becker, the question arises whether Bereck was a real pseudonym for the MP Friedrich Becker at the time or whether this was just a placeholder in the course of the editing of the manual, which was then inadvertently included in the final Pressure version got.
