This list includes the members of the Assembly of Estates of the Grand Duchy of Baden for the sessions of 1841 and the beginning of 1842 .
During this time, the 10th Baden State Parliament (I. Department) met from April 17, 1841 to February 19, 1842 in 32 sessions of the First Chamber and 46 sessions of the Second Chamber. Thereafter, the state parliament closed until the reopening of the 10th ordinary state parliament (2nd division) on May 23, 1842.

In Hans-Peter Becht's dissertation, however, Josef Ignaz Peter is expressly named as a member of the 16th electoral district for 1841/42 and Wetzel only for 1842 !
