The elected members of the Second Chamber
Since 1905 there were a total of 73 constituencies consecutively numbered from south to north, following a new division. In the following, the city constituencies and the office constituencies are summarized in two separate sections, which means that the numbering of the constituencies appears incomplete.
The composition of the mandates corresponded to the election of October 21, 1913 for the legislative period from 1913 to 1917. The winner was the coalition of National Liberals (NLP), Progressive People's Party and Social Democrats (SPD), the so-called large bloc . The large bloc had won a total of 38 seats in 1913. Compared to the last state elections in 1909, the number of mandates for the large bloc had decreased by six, with the SPD being mainly affected by the loss of votes.
