List of members of the Baden Estates Assembly in 1837 and 1838

This list includes the members of the Assembly of Estates of the Grand Duchy of Baden for the sessions of 1837 and 1838 .

During this time, the 8th Baden State Parliament met from March 9 to August 1, 1837 in 44 sessions of the First Chamber and 71 sessions of the Second Chamber. In addition, the meeting of the estates met from February 12 to March 26, 1838 for a first extraordinary state parliament with four sessions of the First Chamber and 10 sessions of the Second Chamber, which also went down in history as the so-called "Railway State Parliament". After that, the state parliament closed until the opening of the 9th ordinary state parliament in 1839 .
