- ↑ In the Landtag handbook by Adolf Roth and Paul Thorbecke (see list of literature), Adolf Sander is incorrectly listed on page 286 for the electoral district of the offices of Baden, Gernsbach and Steinbach as a member of the 11th Ordinary Landtag, but only up to 1842 is assigned to the constituency (see Hans-Peter Becht p. 492, whereby Becht with the 11th Landtag according to its definition on p. 509 refers to the second division of the 10th Landtag traditional census). On page 347 of the complete alphabetical list of MPs in the von Roth and Thorbecke Handbook, court judge Franz Xaver Rothermel is named as a MP for the electoral district A25. Since the complete alphabetical list of the 1907 handbook names the electoral district for each member, but not the period in which they belonged to the Second Chamber, it is only with the help of this handbook that it remains unclear how the inconsistency is to be explained Electoral district A25 appears, but not in the chronological directory on page 286! The Multimedia CD-ROM: For Freedom and Democracy. Baden parliamentary history 1818 - 1933 clarifies the facts for Franz Xaver Rothermel: "Member of the 25th electoral district (Baden-Baden) 1843-1846"
