Carl von Neubronn

Carl Ludwig Wilhelm Freiherr von Neubronn (born February 1, 1807 in Pforzheim ; † November 28, 1885 in Karlsruhe ; Protestant) was a lawyer and official in the Baden state service since 1835 , comparable to today's district administrator .

family

Carl von Neubronn was the son of Ernst Friedrich von Neubronn, chamberlain and chief forest master in Schwetzingen and Luise née von Adelsheim . He was married and had a son Friedrich (born August 8, 1839 in Lahr ; † June 13, 1915 in Freiburg im Breisgau ), later president of the higher regional court and member of the Baden state parliament .

career

After studying law at the University of Heidelberg and the first and second state exams , Neubronn became an official assessor at the Ettenheim district office on May 16, 1835 . On January 7, 1838 he became court squire and on February 15 bailiff at the district office of Lahr . On October 8, 1838, he received the title of Chamberlain and on March 6, 1841 , he was appointed to the cork district office . On April 9, 1843, he moved to the district office of Lörrach and then from January 21, 1844, he became senior administrator at the district office of Pforzheim . Raised Chamberlain on July 18, 1846 , he was appointed City Director at the Heidelberg District Office on January 9 , and then moved to the Lahr District Office on September 8, 1849, where he was appointed to the Privy Council 3rd class in 1851 . In 1853 he was transferred to the Karlsruhe district office and on May 11, 1874 he took up the position of secret finance councilor and third councilor at the Chamber of Accounts in Karlsruhe. There he became second councilor on December 8, 1876, 3rd class on April 23, 1879 and 2nd class on June 16, 1883. He was retired at the same time as his last promotion.

Political activity

From 1843 to 1845 he was a member of the Baden Estates Assembly during the 11th electoral term for the city electoral district of Lahr. In 1851/52 and 1854 he was a member of parliament for constituency 34 (Heidelberg district office excluding the city of Heidelberg) during the 15th and 16th electoral periods.
