List of Portuguese ambassadors in Cameroon

The list of Portuguese ambassadors in Cameroon lists the ambassadors of the Republic of Portugal in Cameroon . The countries have had diplomatic relations since 1977, which go back to the arrival of the Portuguese sailors in what is now Cameroon in 1472.

The first ambassador of Portugal was accredited in 1979 in the Cameroonian capital Yaoundé . Portugal did not open its own embassy there, the country belongs to the administrative district of the Portuguese ambassador to Nigeria , who is receiving second accreditation in Cameroon (as of 2019).
